Personal Biography:
Bill was born in Laramie, Wyoming while his father, John MacPherson attended law school. He spent his childhood in Rawlins and Casper, Wyoming. After high school graduation he attended Marquette University and then law school at the University of Wyoming. Bill married Diane (Harshman) in 1998. They have one daughter, Chelsi MacPherson and one grand-daughter, MacKenna Macpherson. Bill loves any sporting event, especially college basketball. He has been able to fill his passion for sports and competition by coaching a youth traveling basketball team since 2010.
When Bill is not working, he and Diane enjoy spending time in Steamboat, Colorado. They also enjoy spending time with family and traveling with friends.
